Job Summary
Provide hands-on ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic setting, delivering 1:1 therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions, and following treatment plans designed by BCBAs. Collaborate with families to support progress at home, track data, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment. Training provided for RBT certification; company-paid training available if not yet certified. Strong emphasis on data collection, progress monitoring, and team-based, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training
