Job Summary
Complete your RBT training and licensing journey from day one through your first session using remote, self-paced study guides and virtual sessions. Gain an in-depth understanding of ABA principles and behavior analyst techniques to apply them in your day-to-day work with children on the autism spectrum. Maintain confidentiality of client and family information in accordance with HIPAA policies while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Successfully complete the program to receive an offer of employment with competitive compensation, flexible hours, and access to medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
Desired Qualifications

- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
