Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to clients in clinic, school, and home settings using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Implement behavioral strategies and skill-building techniques outlined by a case supervisor while collaborating with parents, teachers, and allied specialists. Maintain accurate daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plans. Attend mandatory staff training, meetings, and complete reading assignments to develop competencies under BCBA supervision. This full-time, 31-hour-per-week role offers mentorship and coursework for RBTs pursuing certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
- Have the ability to travel to multiple locations
- Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
- A current TB Test (within the last 12 months)
