Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings; implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA; collect, record, and report data on client progress; support development of communication, social, and daily living skills; build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families; in-person services across New Mexico with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
