Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings throughout Indiana. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data accurately, and support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development. Collaborate with families and clinical team members, accurately record client progress, and travel to client locations as required. Participate in initial and ongoing staff training while committing to continued learning and performance improvement. Full-time or part-time schedules available with flexible shift options.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active registration with the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred but not required
