Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA; implement individualized treatment plans; collect, record, and report data on client progress; support development of communication, social, and daily living skills; build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families; full-time and part-time shifts available (35–40 hours/week for full-time; 10–20 hours/week for part-time); in-person services throughout New Mexico; flexible scheduling; in-person visits to Artesia area; opportunities for BCBA supervision hours and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification required (BACB Registry)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
