Registered Behavior Technician

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized treatment plans, collect, record, and report data on client progress, and support development of communication, social, and daily living skills. Build positive relationships with clients and families while traveling locally within Indiana for in-home and in-school services. Eligible candidates have an active RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong communication and interpersonal skills; prior experience with children is preferred but not required. Flexible scheduling available with both full-time and part-time opportunities.
