Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned) and work with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate data per company policies and submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation. Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies, maintain professionalism, and travel to and between client locations. If not RBT certified, must obtain RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment. Benefits include 401(K), paid sick/safe leave, training and development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years or older to apply
