Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned) as part of The Learning Tree ABA, collaborating with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans, collecting data per policy, submitting session notes, and supporting families in applying behavioral strategies. Maintain professionalism in appearance, timeliness, and communication. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and be able to travel to client locations; if not RBT certified, complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.
