Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual or group sessions, working with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate data according to company policies and submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation. Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies while maintaining a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication. This role requires a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and the ability to travel to client locations. If not currently certified, you must complete RBT certification within the first three months of employment.
