Job Summary
Direct-care behavioral therapy for children with autism and related disorders in individual (and sometimes group) sessions, collaborating with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans, and collecting data per company policies. Prepare and submit session notes, support families in following behavioral strategies, and maintain professionalism and timely communication. Must be able to travel to client locations and obtain RBT certification within 3 months if not already certified.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to travel to and between client locations
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
