Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned); collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans; collect accurate data per company policies; submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation; support families and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies; maintain professionalism in dress, timeliness, and communication; travel to and between client locations as needed; must obtain RBT certification within the first 3 months if not already certified.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to travel to and between client locations
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
