Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned) and work with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate data per company policies and submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation. Support families and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies while maintaining professionalism, timeliness, and clear communication. Must be able to travel to and between client locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to travel to and between client locations
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
