Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned) and work with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate data, submit session notes, and support families in following behavioral strategies. Maintain professionalism in clothing, timeliness, and communication. Travel to client locations as part of the role; RBT certification required within 3 months if not already certified.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to travel to and between client locations
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
