Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual (and potentially group) sessions to individuals with autism and related disorders. Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans, accurately collect data, submit session notes, and support families and caregivers in following behavioral strategies. Maintain professionalism, including punctuality and clear communication. Requires travel to client locations and either RBT certification or commitment to obtain certification within 3 months.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years or older to apply
- Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
