Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual (and possibly group) sessions as part of implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions for individuals with autism, working with BCBAs/BCaBAs to execute individualized treatment plans, collecting data per company policies, submitting session notes, and supporting families in following behavioral strategies. Maintain professionalism in clothing, timeliness, and communication. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to travel to client locations, and completion of RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.
