Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned), collaborating with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans, collecting data per company policies, submitting session notes, and supporting families in following behavioral support strategies. Includes maintaining professionalism, communicating effectively, and traveling to client locations as needed. Eligible to obtain RBT certification within first 3 months; benefits include 401(k), paid sick/safe leave, training and development, and comprehensive financial wellness.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
