Job Summary
Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions, working with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect accurate data per company policies and submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation. Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies while maintaining professionalism, appropriate clothing, and timely communication. This role requires a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and the ability to travel between client locations. Certification must be completed within the first three months if not already held. The Learning Tree ABA offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment for staff passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years or older to apply
- Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
