Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings under BCBA supervision; implement individualized ABA treatment plans, collect and record data on client progress, assist with functional behavior and skill assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists), participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development, maintain client confidentiality per BACB guidelines, and pursue growth opportunities in an encouraging, caring environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
