Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, conduct data collection on client progress and behavior, assist with functional and skill assessments, provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children with autism or developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, adherence to BACB ethical guidelines, ongoing professional development, and strong collaboration with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred
