Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settings. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and collect session data using an electronic system. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support client progress while building positive relationships. Maintain professionalism while delivering compassionate care. Work in-home with a schedule of 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. Requires current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, along with reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification (we'll help guide you through the process)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations, if applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
