Job Summary
Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, preparing data for presentation, and coordinating with program staff to ensure consistency across sessions. Must have RBT certification or completed a 40-hour course, a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation, and experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Strong communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and families; ability to pass a criminal background check; willingness to learn from feedback and follow directions; and a passion for helping clients with developmental and social challenges. Pay ranges from $25-$30/hour (annualized to $52,000–$62,400) with part-time and full-time opportunities, weekly pay, and benefits including health insurance and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification or 40 hour course
- Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
