Job Summary

Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD using ABA strategies; track client progress during sessions; maintain strong communication with families; be fun, energetic, and capable of engaging active ke yskills in children; no RBT certification? training is provided and costs covered. Competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour (DOE), travel reimbursement, and flexible part-time hours (approximately 10–15 hours/week; 4 days a week for 4 hours daily after 3pm). Apply experience in related roles (Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Tutor, etc.) and/or pursuing degrees in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related fields.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Must meet minimum availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (After 3pm)
  • Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data
  • Reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to client sessions
