Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions, record session data accurately, and foster a positive learning environment while connecting with families. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans directly in clients' homes or community-based locations. This part-time role requires RBT certification, a high school diploma, and Spanish language skills, with a 6-month commitment expected. Paid training is provided for candidates without prior experience.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
