Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA-based intervention in home and community settings for children and young adults with autism. Implement treatment plans and behavior support plans, establish supportive relationships with clients and families, apply behavior therapy techniques under supervision, accurately document interventions and progress, collect and review data to strategize program improvements, provide habilitation and skills instruction, and assist with transportation as directed. Supervision by Behavior Services Manager and Behavior Specialist, with opportunities for training and credentials through BACB.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities preferred
