Job Summary
Entry-level ABA Therapist (RBT) providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community-based settings. Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based interventions, recording session data, collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness, and fostering a positive learning environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, and completion of the 40-hour RBT course. Part-time roles with flexible afternoon/evening shifts, opportunities for bonuses and advancement, and a 6-month commitment are available; training is provided.
