Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing skill-building and care plans under the clinical team; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and engage with families. RBT certification is required prior to working; opportunities include paid training, internship/fellowship hours, and potential pathways through BCBA schooling programs. Positions start part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment and offer flexible hours, same-day pay options, referral bonuses, and opportunities for professional advancement within the ABA field.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- RBT certification is required before working
- Experience in Education or early childhood development (preferred)
- Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor
- Ability to work in clients' homes or community-based locations
- 6-month commitment to the role
