Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Collect data on targeted behaviors and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation. Assist in the development of individualized care plans and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records. Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
