Job Summary
RBTs work one-on-one with clients to implement goals written and overseen by a BCBA, follow data collection procedures, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction interventions, attend weekly supervision with BCBAs, participate in parent training, and participate in ABA learning development in in-clinic settings for children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role includes paid training, competitive hourly compensation ($18-$25/hour, 18-25), semi-annual pay increases, partial guaranteed hours for full-time staff, benefits (PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k)), and opportunities for professional growth in ABA therapy within Wellspring Learning Centers.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation

- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to complete RBT training if not certified
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to follow written behavior plans
