Job Summary
Work 1:1 with children ages 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized therapy programs designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect data during sessions, participate in team discussions regarding progress and strategy, and partner with families to celebrate milestones and solve challenges. Use play, movement, and laughter to engage learners while promoting communication, social, and daily-living skills. Maintain a safe, organized environment by bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds as needed. This full-time daytime role at The Place for Children with Autism supports children's growth through collaborative, energetic interactions. We provide fully paid comprehensive training to help new hires earn their RBT certification within 35 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Have accessibility to reliable transportation
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Have driver's license insurance
- Be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
