Job Summary
Implement ABA programs in clients' homes under BCBA supervision while collecting accurate data on client progress during each session. Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors, maintaining professional relationships with clients and families. Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner, attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions regularly. This role supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and offers a clear pathway to BCBA certification with mentorship and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Ability to pass a background check
