Job Summary
Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through an instructional cohort led by a dedicated trainer. No prior experience required; program teaches the role of RBT from the ground up and prepares you to sit for the BACB RBT Exam while providing direct, one-to-one ABA support to children in clinic and home settings. You will be paid to complete training and advance toward RBT certification, with a clear pathway to expanded responsibility, experience, and compensation through scheduled reviews and hourly increases every three months. Bilingual Spanish-English candidates are encouraged to apply, with a special program to assist Spanish-speaking applicants in completing the 40-hour coursework and competency testing.
