Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings throughout New Mexico. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data accurately, and support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development. Collaborate with families and clinical team members to celebrate client successes and ensure meaningful progress. Travel to client locations as required and participate in initial and ongoing staff training while committing to continued learning. Full-time or part-time schedules available with flexible shift options.

- Experience working with children
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Spanish-speaking ability
