Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings throughout New Mexico. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data accurately, and support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development. Collaborate with families and clinical team members while traveling to client locations as required to ensure services are provided in person. Full-time roles offer 35–40 hours per week with flexible shift options, while part-time positions range from 10–20 hours. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and current RBT certification. Total Care ABA provides ongoing training, mentorship, and a structured Fieldwork Supervision Program to support career growth toward BCBA certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and open to feedback
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Ability to travel to client's homes/community settings
- Services provided in person throughout New Mexico
- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training
- Commit to continued learning and performance improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
