Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings throughout New Mexico. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data accurately, and support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development. Collaborate with families and clinical team members to celebrate client successes and maintain meaningful progress records. Travel to client locations as required to provide in-person services. Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and open to feedback
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Ability to travel to client's homes/community settings
- Services provided in person throughout New Mexico
- Commitment to continued learning and performance improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Experience working with children preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
