Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders, implementing individualized programs developed by a supervising BCBA. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with mentorship and clinical direction from BCBAs; collect accurate, real-time data in Central Reach; maintain HIPAA confidentiality; attend required meetings and trainings; arrive on-site prepared for sessions; collaborate with families and colleagues; and contribute to a mission-driven pediatric therapy environment at Therapitas in Oklahoma City clinics. Must have RBT certification and high school diploma or GED; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; the role involves delivering structured and naturalistic teaching, using BIPs and reinforcement schedules, and adhering to clinic safety protocols. Required Qualifications

- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to receive and implement feedback from supervisors
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting and standing for extended periods, transitioning quickly between spaces, and responding safely to behaviors such as hitting, kicking, biting, or elopement
