Job Summary
Work 1:1 with children ages 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized therapy programs designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect data during sessions, participate in team discussions regarding progress and strategy, and partner with families to celebrate milestones and solve challenges. Use play, movement, and laughter to engage learners while promoting communication, social, and daily-living skills. Maintain a safe, organized environment and demonstrate physical stamina by bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Arrive on time, ready to learn and take feedback, while traveling to other clinics when assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Have accessibility to reliable transportation
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Have driver's license insurance
- Be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
