Job Summary
Work 1:1 with children ages 2-8 with autism, implementing individualized therapy programs designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect data, participate in team discussions, and use play, movement, and laughter to teach communication, social, and daily-living skills. Partner with families to celebrate wins and solve challenges while maintaining a safe, organized environment. You must be energetic, ready to lift up to 30 pounds, and able to travel to other clinics. The role requires a high school diploma or associate's degree, a valid driver's license, and on-time attendance. Fully paid RBT certification training is provided, with salary ranging from $17.05 to $24.00 per hour based on education.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Have accessibility to reliable transportation
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Have insurance
- Be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
