Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at TERI Learning Academy in Oceanside, CA. Deliver individually designed Behavior Support Plans and instructional plans in home, school, and/or community settings; perform crisis intervention as needed; collect and document progress data; ensure fidelity to client behavior and learning programs; attend meetings with BCBA, director, and families; uphold BACB ethics and professionalism. Qualifications include a valid RBT credential, 1 year related experience or training, and a high school diploma or GED (AA preferred). Full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:45am–3:45pm with salary around $30/hour. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, FSA, retirement plan, PTO, and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RBT Credential; must have good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
- One-year-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in with special needs and experience working with individuals
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred Associate of Arts
