Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision of a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans, collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior, assisting with functional behavior and skill assessments, providing 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists), attending team meetings, and maintaining client confidentiality in line with BACB guidelines. Requires RBT certification or strong preference for it, with a minimum of 6 months experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
