Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA while collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior. Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments, then provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, and attend team meetings for ongoing training. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent

- 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients
