Job Summary
Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA; implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA; collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session; communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members; attend regular supervision sessions and trainings; adhere to BACB ethical guidelines. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, current RBT certification, strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally for sessions. Location: Powder Springs, GA, USA; travel locally required; flexible scheduling and supportive supervision offered.
