Job Summary
Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings; implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA; collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session; communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members; attend regular supervision sessions and training as required; adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB; travel locally for sessions; require RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; offers competitive pay and ongoing training, supervision, and a supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications

- Current RBT certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
