Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home; implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); collect and document data on client progress; collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success; maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions; assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on client needs and assessment findings; maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards; part-time schedule with 25-35 hours/week in the afternoon in Spring Lake, NC; pay range $25-$27 per hour; requires completing the 40-hour ABA training and ideally holding or pursuing RBT certification; minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent; travel locally and comply with background checks.
Required Qualifications

- RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Background check clearance
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus
