Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions with children, actively engaging them through movement and sitting tasks while strictly following treatment plans. Track client progress carefully and communicate updates to supervising BCBAs and therapists within the supportive Spark Community team. Maintain pre-employment drug screen and background check compliance, plus CPR certification readiness, to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Background & maltreatment checks
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine love for working with kids
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and track progress carefully
- Ready to move, sit, and actively engage during therapy sessions
