Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Implement behavior intervention plans, track client progress through data collection, and contribute to individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies; maintain accurate documentation of progress and medical records; support daily living activities and social interactions; conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles. Qualifications include a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred); Spanish bilingual is a plus; must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
