Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Pivot ABA, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will involve implementing treatment plans and tracking client progress while creating a supportive environment for skill acquisition. The position requires current RBT and CPR certifications, valid transportation, and offers competitive pay of $22-$25 per hour. You will have opportunities for professional development, supervision towards BCBA/BCaBA certification, and must complete daily progress notes while engaging with children. Candidates must also pass a background check to ensure safety for the children served.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT Certification
- Active CPR Certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field
