Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy guided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Track meaningful progress through daily data collection, collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care, and support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention as needed. Provide therapy in homes, schools, and clinic settings. Part-time or full-time Monday-Friday shifts available. Competitive pay starting at $25+ per hour with PTO, health benefits, and certification reimbursement. Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working with individuals in various settings
