Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress while collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions, assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on assessment findings, and uphold confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Must have completed the 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
Desired Qualifications
- Best to have, or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college
- Previous experience in ABA therapy
- Working with children
