Job Summary
Provide 1:1 therapy sessions based on ABA principles, supporting and implementing individualized treatment plans while collaborating with BCBAs, clinical staff, and families to track progress. Maintain accurate session notes and documentation, assist in preparing therapy materials, and update client data in Rethink. Mentor new behavior technicians and respond proactively to client needs with care and professionalism. Work full-time hours Monday to Friday in person, earning $20.00 - $23.00 per hour with paid time off and ongoing supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to travel locally between clinic locations as needed
- Ability to consistently meet billable hour expectations per week to provide the continuity of care our families deserve
